Marco Vannini, known as Mavantri, is an Italian-Venezuelan artist born in Caracas in 1993 and based in Taggia, Italy, since 2020.
Trained as a designer, he began developing his visual language through Motif, a series of 500 digital collages exploring composition, colour and the construction of aesthetic meaning. The series led to his first international collaborations.
With New Light, his practice turned toward abstraction, beginning an ongoing exploration of harmony, beauty and space. His work brings fluid forms into dialogue with geometric structures, searching for balance between intuition and order, movement and stillness.
Today, his practice moves across painting, sculpture, objects and spatial work, guided by an interest in how form, material and space can coexist in quiet equilibrium.
