2. What data we collect
Data you provide. When you use the contact form or write to us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the type of request you select (purchase, commission or gallery visit) and the content of your message.
Browsing data. The systems that run this website automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and date and time of access. This data is used only to operate and secure the website.
Cookies. Information on cookies is provided in the Cookie Policy.
3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis
Replying to your enquiries and taking steps at your request before a sale, commission or visit (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Managing sales, commissions and visits, including invoicing and compliance with tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
Keeping the website secure and working properly, and preventing abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Establishing or defending legal claims where necessary (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not send marketing communications without your consent, we do not sell your data, and we do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.
4. How long we keep your data
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a sale, commission or other relationship follows. Data related to sales and invoices is kept for 10 years, as required by Italian law. Technical browsing data is kept for short periods set by our hosting provider, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
5. Who we share it with
Your data is processed by Mavantri Studio and, where necessary, by trusted providers acting on our behalf as data processors, such as the website hosting and form provider (Framer B.V., the Netherlands), our email provider, and our accountant or professional advisors. It may also be disclosed to public authorities when required by law.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is protected by an adequacy decision of the European Commission or by Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right to:
access your personal data and receive a copy;
have inaccurate data corrected or incomplete data completed;

7. Is providing data mandatory?
No. However, the fields marked as required in the contact form are needed for us to reply to you. Without them we cannot process your request.
8. Minors
This website is not intended for children under 14. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
9. Links to other websites
This website links to external websites and social networks, such as Instagram and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, which are governed by their own policies.
